Leonce is the Executive Secretary of the African Tobacco Control Alliance (ATCA), a partner of the Campaign for Tobacco-Free Kids. Under his leadership, ATCA brings together voices and experiences from the entire African continent to fight for public health. Taking on Big Tobacco across Africa is not easy – the industry sees Africa as a “growth market” where it can easily target a young population. ATCA is devoted to stopping Big Tobacco in its tracks.
