Budget Advocacy Toolkit for Tobacco Control

The Campaign for Tobacco-Free Kids produced this Toolkit to support and expand the domestic resource mobilization efforts of its civil society partners in low and middle-income countries and other tobacco control advocates around the world working for tobacco control financing, accountability and sustainability.
