Budget Advocacy Toolkit for Tobacco Control

Domestic financing for tobacco control is urgently needed to ensure the sustainability and effectiveness of tobacco control programs, allowing governments to make faster progress on implementation of the World Health Organization’s (WHO) Framework Convention on Tobacco Control (FCTC).

The Campaign for Tobacco-Free Kids produced this Toolkit to support and expand the domestic resource mobilization efforts of its civil society partners in low and middle-income countries and other tobacco control advocates around the world working for tobacco control financing, accountability and sustainability.
