Stephanie Porter is Chief Administrative Officer for the Campaign for Tobacco-Free Kids and its Global Health Advocacy Incubator, leading human resources, information technology and administrative functions for both U.S. and international staff.
Porter has over 20 years of human resources experience supporting both nonprofit organizations and publicly traded Fortune 500 companies. Most recently, she was the Chief Human Resource Officer for over 600 staff at The Arc of Baltimore, which supports individuals with developmental disabilities. Previously, Porter was the Senior Director of Human Resources and Administration at NASTAD, a leading public health organization working to improve the health and dignity of people living with and impacted by HIV/AIDS and viral hepatitis.
Porter holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Xavier University and Master of Science in Human Resources Training and Development from Amberton University.
