Lucy Martinez Sullivan

Lucy Martinez Sullivan is Executive Vice President of the Global Health Advocacy Incubator (GHAI), overseeing GHAI’s eight programs across 39 countries. Sullivan has over a decade of experience leading global advocacy efforts and a business background having worked as a finance and marketing executive at Fortune 100 companies. She has appeared in numerous media outlets and has served on expert advisory groups, including the Global Nutrition Report. 

Most recently, Sullivan served as the founding Executive Director of Feed the Truth, a transparency organization that sought to challenge the political power of the global food and beverage industry. Previously, she founded and was Executive Director of 1,000 Days, a leading advocacy organization working to improve maternal and young child nutrition in the U.S. and around the world. In her prior roles, she worked with various philanthropies including the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and non-governmental organizations such as the Wildlife Conservation Society and the UN Foundation on strategy, fundraising and communications initiatives. 

Sullivan holds a Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Florida.
