Marcell Shackleford
The Campaign for Tobacco-Free Kids is deeply saddened to learn of the death of Marcell Shackleford, the son of one of our dedicated staff members. Marcell was featured in one of our brochures when Tobacco-Free Kids was in its infancy in 1996. Over the years, he was a frequent visitor to our Washington, DC office, always greeting staff with a warm smile.
Marcell is survived by his mother, Deborah Shackleford, his brothers Henry (Hank) Washington, Jr., and Stephen Washington, and his many extended family members. He was predeceased by his father, Charles Shackleford and his sister Tandra Shackleford.
We send our deepest condolences to Marcell’s family and are grateful for all donations in his memory.
