Give Today: In Memoriam -- Brent… | Campaign for Tobacco-Free Kids

Brent Fields (1968-2022)

The Campaign for Tobacco-Free Kids is deeply saddened by the passing of Brent C. Fields, 53, of New York, and we are grateful for all donations in his memory. Brent was the oldest child of three siblings and the proud older brother to two sisters. He grew up in the lower New York area and began working for his father in the lighting industry right out of college.  Brent met his wife, Roberta, in high school and they married in 1991. Roberta and Brent started their family soon after and were blessed with 3 wonderful children: Justin, Tyler, and Joshua.

Brent dedicated decades of service to the lighting industry as Senior Vice President of the Hudson Valley Lighting Group. While Brent had a passion for lighting and business, his true love was Robbie and his boys. Brent was a father, husband, brother, friend, and mentor. He was kind and passionate and always willing to share his knowledge. That knowledge and passion will stay in our hearts and continue to inspire us forever.
