Employee Benefits
We cover 95% of medical premiums for employees and 80% for dependents, 100% of dental for employees (70% for dependents), and offer vision coverage. An Employee Assistance Program provides free, confidential counseling for employees and their families on personal, financial and professional matters.
You're covered with employer-paid life insurance at 2x your salary, short-term disability at 66% of salary (up to 7 weeks), and long-term disability at 60% of monthly salary (up to $10,000/month). Optional supplemental life, accident and critical illness insurance is also available.
We contribute 9% of your salary to a 403(b) retirement plan starting day one. A Flexible Spending Account (FSA) lets you pay for medical and dependent care expenses pre-tax, and a pre-tax commuter benefit covers up to $325/month for transit and parking.
Full-time employees receive 10 sick days, 15 vacation days (20 for VPs), personal leave scaling from 5–10 days based on tenure, 12 paid holidays, and an annual anniversary day. New parents receive up to 16 weeks of parental leave. The hybrid model offers 3 days remote per week, plus 2 optional fully remote weeks per year.
