    Monday, February 2, is the deadline for members of the Massachusetts House of Representatives to co-sponsor three important tobacco control bills. Please ask your representative TODAY to co-sponsor tobacco prevention bills to protect our kids from tobacco and nicotine addiction!

  • North Dakotans - Tell legislators to increase tobacco tax.

    The North Dakota House and Senate are considering bills that would increase the state's tobacco tax. This is a proven approach for both improving public health and raising much-needed revenue. Send a letter to your legislators telling them that you support this effort.

  • West Virginians - Tell state legislators not to roll back smoking restrictions.

    Legislation has been introduced in the West Virginia House of Delegates that would roll back existing indoor smoking restrictions. Contact your House members today and express your opposition!
